TEST BALL – CHERNE
The Test Ball Plug is very easy to use in a wide variety of applications because of their "flexible" sealing design, they easily overcome some common problems like out of round pipe and pipe with slightly differing interior dimensions. CHERNE Test Ball Plugs are recommended for use in piping constructed of ABS, cast iron, clay, concrete, copper or PVC.
The 1 1/4" through 6" Test Ball sizes are made of natural rubber and feature a removable zinc–plated steel chain, clamp and ring. The inflator is moulded–in and has a standard tyre valve thread with cap.
The 8" through to 12" Test Ball sizes are made of natural rubber and feature a moulded–in metal insert which serves as a base plate for the removable 3/8"–16" threaded zinc-plated eyebolt and 1/4"–18NPT (F) threaded inflation nipple. The inflation fitting has a standard tyre valve thread with cap.
