The Thermonet matting is available in a kit which includes all the items (except insulation) that you will require for installation of your underfloor heating. These kits feature the 5245 Dual Thermostat which allows you to control your underfloor heating and an additional appliance such as a heated towel on individual schedules from the single thermostat.
Kit items include: Thermonet 150W/mÎ_ Mat, Programmable Thermostat (5245), Floor Temperature Sensor, Sensor Conduit, Cable Monitor (6025) & Installation Guide & Warranty Form.
You won't see it, but you'll feel it
Thermonet features 3.5mm TwistedTwin cable, self-adhesive mesh and our low-profile cold tail connection cable. These features make up what we call LayFlat Technology because this combination neutralises tension in the finished product and makes Thermonet easier to fit.
Safe, simple and reliable
Thermonet underfloor heating cables have a tough fluoropolymer coating on the outside and internal conductors, a continuous armoured earth sheath and multi-shrand twin conductors.
The conductors as twisted together to eliminate electromagnetic field (EMF) and neutralise the stress, expansion and contractions of the cable along the entire length; resulting in a more robust longer lasting cable.

Custom order vanities with Marquis
Marquis Vanities are custom made to order items, which takes seven to eight weeks in manufacturing. Please allow for the specified seven to eights weeks plus our addition delivery lead time based on your location.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If failed delivery attempts occur, additional fees will be passed onto the purchaser for a re-delivery.
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.
All our products offer exceptional warrantys. Please check the individual product page to see what warranty each product offers.

Returns Information
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of recieving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of recieving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind
We appreciate that sometimes things just aren't the right fit.
If order is still boxed and not open in the condition you received them, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note that this excludes the original shipping cost and return shipping costs. The return shipping costs are detailed in the question below.
What can't be returned?
Vanities - Vanity units are made to order, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.
Tiles - Plumber Supplies does not accept returned tiles as we cannot guarantee the tiles are not damaged.
Goods with damaged or missing packaging - We cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging. We cannot accept any products which have also been attempted to have been installed.
Commercial quantities or project orders - Often due to the scale of these orde,s, often requiring custom orders, we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders.
What return shipping fees will I incur?
Tapware, showers, accessories and small items - A return fee of $25 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply.
Toilets, basins, kitchen and laundry sinks and large items - A return fee of $50 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply. Due to the risk of damage, they must be in original packaging including delivery skid or pallet.
Baths - A return fee of $150 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply. Due to the size and risk of damage, bath must it is in the original packaging, skid and wrapping.
