Refund policy

We reserve the right to refund any order where freight is not a viable option. This is typically applicable to rural/remote areas where our couriers cannot service. We can accomodate rural/remote orders by arranging a custom freight quote - please reach out to us to arrange a quote.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.* 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@plumbersupplies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return orders will incur a shipping fee. Please see details below.

*Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As products are often arriving to work/renovation sites, we require that products be inspected and us contacted within 24 hours of receiving your order should damages be found.


*Exceptions / non-returnable items

Vanities - Vanity units are made to order, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.

Tiles - Plumber Supplies does not accept returned tiles as we cannot guarantee the tiles are not damaged.

Goods with damaged or missing packaging -  We cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging. We cannot accept any products which have also been attempted to have been installed.

 Commercial quantities or project orders - Often due to the scale of these orde,s, often requiring custom orders, we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have a flat 20% of purchase price returns fee


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Fees

All return fees are to be paid by the original purchaser.
