We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is outlined below.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, goods must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original, saleable condition
- Complete with all parts and accessories
- In their original packaging
Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Made-to-order or custom products, including vanity units made specifically to order
- Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery
- Products that are incomplete or missing parts or accessories
- Products that are no longer in saleable condition
Damaged or faulty products
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and contact us at orders@plumbersupplies.com.au if your goods arrive damaged or if you identify a fault.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the product, packaging and damage to help us assess the issue quickly.
If a product has a problem, we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions may not be covered.
Return costs for faulty products
Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or product fault, we will arrange the appropriate return or replacement process.
For large, heavy or difficult-to-return items, please contact us before arranging transport.
Commercial and project orders
Change-of-mind returns for commercial quantities, project orders or specially sourced products may be subject to additional conditions agreed at the time of purchase.
