My order was damaged or faulty

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.

We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred. 

We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.  

We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation. 

Change of mind

We appreciate that sometimes things just aren't the right fit. 

If order is still boxed and not open in the condition you received them, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. 

Please note that this excludes the  original shipping cost and return shipping costs. The return shipping costs are detailed in the question below. 

 

What can't be returned?

Vanities - Vanity units are made to order, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.

Tiles - Plumber Supplies does not accept returned tiles as we cannot guarantee the tiles are not damaged.

Goods with damaged or missing packaging -  We cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging. We cannot accept any products which have also been attempted to have been installed.

 Commercial quantities or project orders - Often due to the scale of these orde,s, often requiring custom orders, we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders.

What return shipping fees will I incur?

 

You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.
