Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

The 15mm Triset Pressure Limiting Valve 1/2" Female BSP AVG PLV15F offers a compact design and three pressure settings - 350, 500, and 600kPa. This versatile valve can be installed vertically or horizontally.
The 15mm Triset Pressure Limiting Valve 1/2" Female BSP AVG PLV15F allows for easy pressure adjustment with three selectable settings: 350, 500, and 600kPa. Made of durable DR brass with optimized waterways for efficient flow, this compact valve offers precise control. Use the Allen key provided to adjust the pressure to 600kPa (clockwise) or 350kPa (anti-clockwise) and align the set position mark with the values on the adjustment screw for visual confirmation.
It is not recommended to bury the 15mm 1/2" BSP Valves directly in the ground. For installation, approved boxes in the ground can be used. These valves have a vent hole design and are suitable for enclosed spaces, cupboards, and under sinks. They are made of dezincification-resistant brass and can be installed vertically or horizontally. The maximum inlet pressure is preset at 500 kPa and the maximum operating temperature is 80°C. These valves are compliant with AS 1357.2 and hold a WATERMARK license no. 2639. It is important to have a licensed plumber install the valves according to the manufacturer's instructions.
