Allproof Cast-In Fire Rated Floor Waste Collar Kits provide a fully fire-rated solution for floor waste penetrations.
Cast-in collars for fire-rated floor waste kits are ideal for on-site poured slabs. Simply secure the cast-in fire collar in the desired location, pour the concrete, trim the plastic collar to the correct height, and install the plumbing system. The kit includes an Allproof Cyclone or Tilt A Grate puddle flange, offering a fire-rated floor waste system. These puddle flanges feature adjustable spigots, saving labor during installation. The fire-rated floor waste has been tested with riser junctions and a gully trap, allowing for the convergence of multiple drainage systems.
Ideal for high-density and medium-density projects, such as apartment blocks, it’s an excellent solution for fire-rating bathroom floor waste drains where multiple systems (shower drain, floor waste, etc.) connect to a single drain waste vent.
