Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.

We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Built for inset and undermount sink applications, this round gooseneck sink mixer combines a solid brass body with a European cartridge for long-term reliability under daily trade use. The pin lever design gives precise single-handle control of flow and temperature, while the gooseneck spout profile (104mm reach, 392mm height) provides clearance for deep bowls and larger pots. Rated to a 500kPa maximum pressure and 70°C maximum temperature, it suits standard mains-pressure residential and light commercial installations.
Available in High Polish Chrome, Brushed Nickel, and Matte Black to suit a range of kitchen finishes. The mixer carries WELS approval at 7.5L/min (4 Star) for water efficiency compliance, and is WaterMark approved (Lic. T42183) to AS/NZS 3718.
