Trade Perks is our membership program for plumbers and trade customers. Members get exclusive trade pricing, cashback rewards, monthly giveaways, priority support, and access to tools that make ordering faster and cheaper.

Trade Perks is $49 per month, charged monthly. As a business expense, this is tax deductible! There’s no long-term lock-in — cancel anytime.

Your cashback is calculated automatically at the end of each month, based on how much spent. Once your account is settled, your cashback is provided as a digital gift card and issued to your business email address. 

Yes. There’s no lock-in contract. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard.

Any cashback already earned stays on your account. However, you won’t earn new cashback unless your membership is active.

Yes — even plumbers who place 1–2 orders per month usually recover the membership cost through cashback + exclusive pricing.

For larger trade customers, the savings are significant.

Yes. If you run a plumbing business, you can have multiple staff ordering under your account so all purchases count toward your monthly cashback.

Every active member is automatically entered into our Trade Perks Giveaways — prizes may include tools, bundles, vouchers, or exclusive merch.

To keep cashback fair and accurate, refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

If an order is refunded:

• The 5% cashback earned on that order is reversed, whether the refund is full or partial.
  
• Only completed and non-refunded transactions count toward your monthly cashback calculation.
  
• If cashback from that order has already been used, your account will automatically adjust and deduct the amount from future cashback earnings.
