Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

The Twister Combination Trap is a new, patent-pending design that solves one of the most common headaches under the sink — lining up washing machine, dishwasher, and appliance connections. Both nipples rotate a full 360°, letting you twist them to any position to suit the installation without elbows, offsets, or remaking joints. What used to take trial and error now takes a quick turn by hand.
The trap converts on the spot to suit the job. Remove the extension piece and it becomes a low-level combo trap, giving you two configurations from a single unit on the van. Compression unions throughout make installation and future servicing straightforward, and the white PVC body is WaterMark approved for compliant installation on Australian plumbing work. Available in 40mm and 50mm to cover standard basin, sink, and laundry waste applications.
