The AVG TVA20CHP-LF is a 20mm lead free high performance tempering valve (orange cap) built for solar and continuous flow hot water systems, where supply temperatures run hotter than a standard storage system. It blends hot and cold water to a safe, controlled outlet temperature, protecting occupants from scalding at the tap.
Rated to handle hot water supply up to 99°C — well above the standard tempering valve range — the TVA20CHP-LF is the correct choice wherever a solar thermal or continuous flow (instantaneous gas) system feeds the hot water line. Advanced polymer components resist calcium build-up better than standard valves, and no seasonal re-adjustment is needed.
