Vortex & Sewage Pumps

Submersible pumps for sewage, wastewater, trade waste and dirty water with solids, for domestic, commercial, municipal and industrial pump stations.

• Vortex and set-back vortex: Hyjet HWV (50mm and 65mm, passes soft or fibrous solids up to 70% of discharge size), Hyjet DV (65mm to 100mm, solids to 45–50mm, 20m submersion) and Hyjet DG (made by Pentax in Italy). The most clog-resistant design.
• Enclosed channel: Hyjet HWE (50mm, 65mm and 80mm, 1.1kW to 4.0kW), more efficient for long-distance wastewater transfer.
• Double channel: Pedrollo BCm 15/50 and stainless BCm 10/50-ST (solids to 50mm), and the stainless Hyjet DB100.

Many larger models are 415V three phase; smaller models come in 240V single phase, manual or with a float switch. Guide rail kits are available for HWE (HGRK) and DV (DGRK) pumps. Sewage pumping must be installed by a licensed plumber to AS/NZS 3500.2.
