Description
Allproof 200mm Polymer Concrete channel is a moulded concrete strip drain that uses polymers to supplement cement as the binder material. This creates a highly durable drain with extremely low permeability making it the perfect solution for commercial applications.
The trench drain comes in 1m lengths with a 200mm clear opening. The channel has the option of either a stainless or cast-iron edge to match the grate choice. Grate options include stainless steel 316 wedge wire, SS 304 ladder, SS 304 LAS, cast iron or heelproof cast iron. Grates have been load class tested in accordance with AS3996 with results ranging from A – E, A caters to pedestrian foot traffic while E caters for heavy industrial areas. A selection of grates has also been slip resistance tested by an independent laboratory to AS4586, this provides assurances to product specifiers that Allproof’s Polymer Concrete trench drain reduces hazards in high foot traffic or fast-moving areas.
The Polymer Concrete trench drain’s physical and chemical characteristics along with its high performance provide an excellent solution for a wide variety of applications. Suitable commercial applications include loading docks, industrial yards, infrastructure (i.e. freeway/motorway shoulders), factory & production facilities (i.e. breweries/wineries) as well as pedestrian areas and urban landscaping in light commercial projects (i.e. malls, pedestrian streets, car parks)
