Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Materials & Features
Stainless steel & white polyurethane backrest meets the requirements of AS1428.1-2009 and can withstand an applied force of 1100N in any direction when installed correctly. Backrest is site adjustable upon installation to ensure accurate location. The bracket cover conceals the fixings.

Installation
Warning: Grab rails are no stronger than the anchors or walls to which they are attached and must be firmly secured in order to support the loads for which they are intended. Refer local codes and Installation Instructions for location of fixing points, method of attachment, etc.
Important: Installation instructions and current rough-in details should be furnished with each fixture. Do not rough in without certified dimensions. Dimensions are subject to manufacturer’s tolerance of +/-10mm.
