Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Description
The Allproof Drop-In Fire Collar has been designed and tested on a wide range of plastic plumbing pipes. This provides a simple and effective passive fire rating option for thin concrete floors or composite steel tray concrete floors. These floors feature profile changes on the underside of the slab, making it difficult to fire rate with a conventional fire collar fixed to the underside of a floor slab. The Drop-In Fire Collar allows the penetration to transition through at any location on the composite floor profile. Drop-In Fire Collars are all installed from the top of the floor, making this an easier install compared to the conventional fire collar that is fixed from the underside of the floor.
The Drop-In Fire Collar consists of an intumescent material encased in a galvanized steel casing with extendable fixing tabs. The extendable tabs allow for fixing the collar at the required height on different composite profiles and topping thicknesses.
In the event of a fire, the intumescent material expands against the steel casing as the penetration service melts or deforms. The fire collar’s steel casing is an excellent heat conductor, enabling fast activation of the intumescent material, forming a stable fire-resistant seal, maintaining both fire integrity and insulation.
The Allproof Drop-In Fire Collar has been tested at accredited fire laboratories in accordance with AS1530.4 and AS4072.1. The Drop-In Collars have been tested and designed for both stack and floor waste penetrations.
