Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Installation Instructions

Clean and dry the roof surface before installation.

Cut the cone to match the outer diameter of the pipe for a tight fit.

Position the flashing with the cone snug around the pipe and form the base to match the roof profile.

Secure the flashing base with corrosion-resistant screws and apply a neutral-cure sealant at the perimeter if needed.

For retrofit jobs, split the cone carefully, fit it around the pipe, and reseal for a watertight result.
