Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

A 450mm female-to-female flexible water connector manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel with a lead free brass core. Available in five PVD finishes to match exposed tapware in bathrooms, ensuites, and powder rooms — eliminating the need for chrome hose where the connection is visible.
Grade 316 SS braid provides long-term resistance to corrosion and sustained water pressure. Compatible with standard 15mm compression fittings. Lead free compliant in accordance with AS/NZS 4020.
Suits cistern connections, basin mixers, and under-sink installations.
