Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

There are 3 ways to configure your Quietflow outlet valve to set the right flush volumes.
Match the Settings
If you’re replacing an existing Quietflow valve then all you have to do is match the setting of your new valve to the old one.
Quick Reference Chart
If you know the name of the existing toilet suite, then check the reference chart (see download on this page) If your suite is listed then configure the valve as per settings in the table
Measure Flush Volume
If you are replacing a Caroma, Fowler or Stylus dual flush outlet valve and the model is not listed on chart, then you will have to configure the valve by measuring the flush volumes. This method can also be used for other brand toilet suites where the valve is suitable for installation.
