Themorail USS56 is a non-heated ladder rail which is straight square profile. The USS56 is a 650x1000mm polished stainless steel rail with 5 horizontal bars.

The ladder rail is ideal for hanging two towels in a bathroom. As a non-heated ladder, the USS56 is ideal for a retrofit install application.

Shipping & Delivery 

How long to ship my order? 
We appreciate that your projects are on a tight timeline. We endeavour to fulfill all orders within 2-3 business days, however in some instances this can be up to 5-10 business days. Please note that our stock is held over multiple warehouses and suppliers which will affect delivery times. Please note that custom ordered and custom made vanities will have longer leadtimes. I've ordered from multiple suppliers. When will my order come?
If you're order requires fulfillment from multiple warehouses, you may recieve your order in mulitple packages. All of our warehouses and suppliers work hard to ensure that your orders all arrive within a similar timeframe. We aim to have orders dispatched within 2-3 business days, with longer times if the products are on backorder or custom ordered.  
Custom order vanities with Marquis

Marquis Vanities are custom made to order items, which takes seven to eight weeks in manufacturing. Please allow for the specified seven to eights weeks plus our addition delivery lead time based on your location.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If failed delivery attempts occur, additional fees will be passed onto the purchaser for a re-delivery. 

You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

Returns Information

My order was damaged or faulty

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.

 We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of recieving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred. 

We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of recieving an order.  

We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation. 

Change of mind

We appreciate that sometimes things just aren't the right fit. 

If order is still boxed and not open in the condition you received them, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. 

Please note that this excludes the  original shipping cost and return shipping costs. The return shipping costs are detailed in the question below. 

What can't be returned?

Vanities - Vanity units are made to order, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.

Tiles - Plumber Supplies does not accept returned tiles as we cannot guarantee the tiles are not damaged.

Goods with damaged or missing packaging -  We cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging. We cannot accept any products which have also been attempted to have been installed.

 Commercial quantities or project orders - Often due to the scale of these orde,s, often requiring custom orders, we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders.

What return shipping fees will I incur?

Tapware, showers, accessories and small items - A return fee of $25 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply. 

Toilets, basins, kitchen and laundry sinks and large items - A return fee of $50 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply. Due to the risk of damage, they must be in original packaging including delivery skid or pallet. 

Baths - A return fee of $150 or the delivery amount, if greater than this, will apply. Due to the size and risk of damage, bath must it is in the original packaging, skid and wrapping.
