Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

The Wakatipu is a stylish stainless steel linear shower drain. The grate surface is made from high-grade durable stainless steel and uses an ABS plastic moulded base. The grate acts as a lid leaving a drainage path between the removable grate and stainless edge hiding the drainage opening from visible sight. This clever grate design creates a clean and modern look to your shower floor drain.
The stainless steel grate and edge can be powder coated to match bathroom fixings.
This elegant shower drain is 300mm long x 100mm wide with an 80mm outlet. The Wakatipu is compatible with Allproof’s Puddle Flange and gully trap creating the full tile floor waste system.
