Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Description
The Touch Free Wall Mounted Sensor is a wall-mounted, sensor operated, hands free tap that is installed above sinks and basins.
It operates by sensing a hand in front of the sensor unit.
It uses a beam of invisible Infrared light which, when reflected from hand back to the sensor, operates the unit.
- To turn tap on, place hand under spout in front of sensor
- To turn tap off, move hand away
- Valve stays open for 6 seconds, or as long as the hand is within sensor range
- Maximum flow time of 45 seconds* per activation reduces waste and prevents vandalism
- Equipped with automatic hygiene flush function (1-10min/24hr) - enabled on request
