Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

The Bromic Waterboy 40L Wizard Pro Pack combines Bromic’s high-quality stainless steel Jet Pump with the intelligent Waterboy Wizard water changeover controller to create the ultimate automated rainwater harvesting system.
The Waterboy Wizard Pro Controller is an economic, automatic water pump pressure switch houses our patented Waterboy Wizard water changeover
controller within a weatherproof UV protective housing. Used in residential water systems to switch between tank water and mains water. It is teamed up with a 40L Waterboy Jet Pump powered by an electric motor that contains and drives an impeller/centrifugal pump. The impeller moves water, through the Jet Pump and increases the pressure of the water, to assist in areas where high suction lift is required such as double storey homes.
