Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Description
A lead free press fit ball valve designed for copper-to-copper press fit installations where a lever handle is preferred over butterfly — ideal for plant rooms, tight riser spaces, or anywhere a longer handle gives better grip and clearer visual indication of valve position. Both ends press directly onto copper pipe in seconds, with no threading or soldering required.
Full bore construction ensures no flow restriction through the valve, and the DZR low lead brass body is built to handle hot and cold water systems including solar — rated for working temperatures up to 95°C and pressures up to 2500kPa.
Watermark certified and lead free, meeting NCC Volume Three requirements. Suitable for residential and commercial hot and cold water installations.
