The Standard Press 316 stainless press system: couplings, slip couplings, 45° and 90° bends, equal and reducing tees, reducers, end caps, male and female BSP adaptors (including tube-end and swivel nut versions), barrel and BSP unions, 5-outlet manifolds, wall plate bends, 3-piece ball valves, AS 2129 Table E and ANSI 150 flange adaptors, and matching 316 clip heads, EPDM-lined clamps and M10 bracket hardware.
Fittings are 316L stainless steel (1.4404) in metric sizes from 15mm to 168.3mm, for 304 or 316 stainless tube to AS 5200.053 (tube sold separately). They press with M-profile jaws, not the V-profile jaws used on Standard Press copper. A black EPDM seal for potable water (-20°C to +110°C) is fitted as standard, with a listed maximum working pressure of 1600 kPa. Flame-free, so no hot work permit, and suited to coastal, corrosive, hygiene-critical, plant room and large-bore work.
Potable-water contact materials are listed as complying with AS/NZS 4020. Confirm certification and pressure rating with our team before specifying for drinking water, gas, steam, fire or high-pressure services.
