Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Featuring a flush-fitting connection plate that conceals the flush pipe and water supply connection, the Aire delivers a clean, uncluttered finish suitable for residential new builds, rental properties, social housing, and commercial bathroom fitouts where reliable performance and cost-efficiency are the primary specification criteria.
Supplied complete with a Tasman wide seat and link, this cistern is ready to install straight from the box with no additional seat purchase required.

Flush Volume Configuration
The Aire cistern is supplied factory-configured to 4.5/3L dual flush and can be adjusted on-site to 6/3L or 9/4.5L by simply removing the internal spacer — no tools or additional parts required. This flexibility makes it suitable for installation across varying water authority requirements and project specifications without the need to stock multiple cistern variants.
Important: To achieve the WELS 4 Star rating, this cistern must be installed with a compatible 4.5/3L Connector Smartflush pan. Installation with a non-Smartflush pan will result in a lower WELS star rating.

Installation Note
This cistern is designed for low-level connector-style installations. Bottom inlet configuration is standard. Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500.2 and applicable local water authority requirements.
