Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Description
The AVG PRV15F is a 15mm inline pressure reducing valve from the Australian Valve Group — a Watts brand — built for residential and light commercial plumbing systems across Australia. It reduces and stabilises incoming mains pressure to a safe working level, protecting hot water systems, tapware, pipe joints, tap washers, and washing machine hoses from the cumulative damage that excess pressure causes.
Factory set at 500kPa in line with AS/NZS 3500.1 requirements, and fully adjustable between 250–650kPa using the top screw — clockwise to increase, anticlockwise to reduce. Three gauge ports are standard on the body for upstream and downstream pressure monitoring. A tagging eye is cast into the body for easy identification and mechanical service tagging.
The membrane design with stainless steel seat provides more reliable long-term pressure control than piston-style pressure limiting valves, which are prone to clogging. An internal stainless steel mesh strainer protects the valve from debris. Can be installed horizontally or vertically, and is suitable for below-ground installation in an approved protective box.
Compatible with most existing valve threads and fitments — a direct replacement for Reliance, Tomson, AW, Nefa, Reflex, APO, and similar brands with no pipe modifications required.
