Stainless Commercial Kitchen Strip Drain
The Allproof CK series presents a commercial kitchen linear strip drain manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel (custom 316 grade available upon request). Designed for its robust and durable qualities, it serves as the ideal drainage solution for commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, and factories.
The CK Series channel drain offers three grate options tailored to suit the installation environment. Each grate has undergone slip resistance and load testing. The total open area, as well as individual open areas, have been meticulously calculated to offer you comprehensive information for making an informed selection.
Our Wedge Wire grate boasts an R11 slip resistance rating and is heelproof, making it an excellent choice for restaurants and communal kitchens. Meanwhile, the slip-resistant ladder grate features large openings, holds an R13 P5 slip resistance classification, and is load class C certified, making it the perfect fit for butchers, food production facilities, and factories.
The strip drain channel is available in standard 1-metre lengths or can be customised to your specific requirements. Each trench drain channel features a 15mm epoxy-filled safety edge and anti-float tags. The outlet is 100mm, with an O-ring designed to accommodate the inner diameter of PVC and HDPE drainage pipes. The channel incorporates an inbuilt slope towards the central outlet to ensure optimal hydraulic performance. Additionally, channels are equipped with a removable strainer basket attached by a stainless steel cable, with an additional fixed double strainer option available with custom requirements.

Our in-house design team can assemble a system with connected sumps and custom channel lengths, positioning outlets as required. Channels can be supplied with bolted unions, simplifying logistics and installation. Each bespoke system can be meticulously designed around the project and equipment, providing the ultimate drainage solution.
