Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty

We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

The Caroma Quietflow 2 M5 Outlet Valve (750085) is a genuine Caroma replacement flush valve engineered for universal compatibility across a wide range of Caroma, Fowler, Clark and Stylus vitreous china cisterns manufactured from the 1990s to present. Whether you're servicing a leaking cistern, restoring an older toilet suite, or completing a routine maintenance call, this valve delivers a direct, reliable replacement without the need for full cistern or suite replacement.
Compatibility
This valve is compatible with the following ceramic cistern ranges:
Caroma: Altisse, Caravelle 2000, Cube, Elba, Geo, Harmony, Leda, Milan, Opal, Opal II, Profile, Profile with Integrated Hand Basin, Regal, Regal II, Sovereign, Sovereign 2000, Sovereign Retro, Vand, Vintage, Viceroy

This valve is also the recommended replacement for earlier Caroma outlet valve models 750080 (M5), 413295 (Duoflo Type 2) and 413296 (Duoflo Type 3).
Adjustable Flush Volumes
The Quietflow 2 M5 can be configured to deliver three flush volume settings to suit the original cistern specification or current WELS requirements: 4.5/3L, 6/3L, and 9/4.5L. There are three methods for setting flush volumes — matching the existing valve settings, referencing the Quick Reference Chart by suite name, or manually measuring flush volume — giving the installer full control over configuration on-site.

Installation Note
