Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

This is a complete cistern kit — the plastic cistern body, ULL flush pipe, Tasman wide seat, and link are all included. There's nothing extra to source. It's designed for low-level installations with a bottom inlet connection, and the dual flush mechanism operates at 4.5L/3L (adjustable to 6L/3L), meeting a 4-star WELS rating when paired with a compatible 4.5/3L connector pan.
The rectangular plastic button assembly keeps things clean and modern, and the white finish suits the vast majority of Australian bathrooms. At 418mm wide and 375mm tall, it's a compact unit that won't overwhelm a smaller ensuite or second bathroom.
