We reserve the right to refund any order where freight is not a viable option. This is typically applicable to rural/remote areas where our couriers cannot service. We can accomodate rural/remote orders by arranging a custom freight quote - please reach out to us to arrange a quote.

Returns Information
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your product. For change of mind purchases, the customer is to return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner at their expense. As the item has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee paid will not be refunded.
My order was damaged or faulty
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you've ordered an item that damaged or faulty, please email sales@plumbersupplies.com.au.
We encourage you to inspect all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, even if your renovation is not yet underway. We cannot accept damage claims after this 24 hour period as we cannot determine when or how the damage occurred.
We require photographic evidence of the damages are required within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We also do not accept damages that occur as a result of product installation.
Change of mind - within 30 days of purchase
You must return the goods to 2/71 Jijaws Street, Sumner QLD 4074. A restocking fee of 20% will be incurred across all items returned.

Chemicals in the eye cause serious damage within 1-5 seconds. Washing that begins within a few seconds can be decisive in minimising eye damage. With Tobin an eyewash bottle can be within arms’ reach to reduce response time.
Tobin’s bottle is made to empty under natural pressure, giving a soft flow with 6 streams of sterile saline solution. When the bottom air vent is opened a patient cannot increase the flow by squeezing the bottle.
